Dunno how many of you know, but Puerto Rico voted to apply for statehood. And I fully support the motion. I hope they do become our 51st state - and therefore, I have made a 51-star flag in demonstration of that support.

Mm, sorry - I don't know! But if you look up "US flag dimensions" on Google, and use something like GIMP or Photoshop, you should be able to make your own fairly easily.

Not necessarily. Actually, what would happen is Congress would accept flag design submissions and select one design for production. That might be a potential design submission, but if you'd bothered to read the rest of that Wiki article, you'd've seen that there were a couple other 51-star designs in there too. So no. The design to which you linked is not the only potential 51-star design.
